For Greywind, a new restaurant venture helmed by James Beard Award–winning Chef-Partner Dan Kluger in New York’s new westside neighborhood, Related Group tasked Jane Smith Agency with developing a concept, naming, and branding.

Pratt was the lead copywriter on the project, conducting stakeholder interviews and presenting rounds of creative directly to the client. Her areas of specialty were infusing the restaurant with personality through witty and playful messaging and collaborating on entity naming.
